Designing playful and inclusive experiences inspired by curiosity, interaction and human connection

I’m Holly, a multidisciplinary designer and creative working across immersive experiences, interaction design, and participatory art.

For over 15 years, I’ve designed experiences that bring people together across physical and digital spaces, spanning product and service design, creative direction, interactive installations, emerging technology and community-led projects.

My work sits between strategy and experimentation. I’m interested in how movement, emotion, play and participation can shape meaningful shared experiences, whether that’s through immersive environments, digital products, public installations or collaborative workshops.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with global brands, cultural organisations, startups and public sector teams to create experiences that are both imaginative and human-centred. My background spans UX, service and product design, as well as creative technology projects involving interactive screens, AR/VR, generative art, TouchDesigner, and Unity-based installations.

Alongside commercial work, my creative practice explores collective emotion, memory and human connection through movement, responsive visuals and participatory experiences. Recent projects include interactive installations, experimental prototypes and workshops designed to encourage curiosity, creativity and play.

I’m particularly drawn to projects that sit at the intersection of storytelling, technology, spatial experience and community, creating environments where people don’t just observe, but actively participate.

I call both Melbourne, Australia and Manchester, England my homes.

A lot of my work and inspiration comes from Narm (Melbourne) the land of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land and pay my respects to Elders past and present. I recognise their ongoing connection to land, waters, and culture, and the strength and resilience of First Nations communities.

As someone who lives and creates across these places, I’m committed to listening, learning, and standing in solidarity with Indigenous peoples.
