I led the UX development of a Producer Portal, facilitating the seamless publication of APIs on the Telstra Developer website. Through close collaboration with developers, I designed an intuitive workflow that streamlined the content publishing process. Adopting a rapid development approach with a focus on test-and-learn methodologies, we successfully delivered a functional prototype.

This project showcased my ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high quality. Additionally, I created a North Star experience for the future product, laying the foundation for continued growth.
